Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and investigate the impact of psychological contracts and organizational commitment on employee performance.The survey methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiable. The survey included 200 employees from the Syariah Hotel in West Java. The saturated sampling technique was used for sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regresion. According to the findings of this study, the psychological contract and organizational commitment both have an impact on employee performance, either separately or jointly. Furthermore, the determinant obtained has a value of 0.668, indicating that the psychological contract and organizational commitment can explain 66.8 percent of employee performance. Other factors accounted for 33.2 percent of the total.
