Judges as state judicial officials are authorized to receive, examine, and decide cases before them. Judges have a very important role in a series of law enforcement processes, especially in sentencing, because all legal cases lead to their decisions. To make decisions, judges must have wise considerations so that the decision is in accordance with the principle of justice.
