Abstract

The general objective of this study is to carry out an analysis of the economic and production profitability of the company Productos Alimenticios Pralsa S.A., the main results indicate that in terms of the productivity item, 67% of the interviewees consider that the company is almost always productive. regarding the commercialization of food products; 67% consider that sometimes it is necessary to carry out an adaptation process in the processes that are inherent to productivity; planning for the economic management of the company in 67% of those surveyed consider that it is almost always carried out; Regarding the question, do they make sales projections, 67% consider that they are sometimes made. It is concluded that global food production must increase between 60 and 70% to satisfy demand. This phenomenon places the food industry in a critical situation. The food company such as Productos Alimenticios Pralsa S.A, must optimize processes, especially where it is most necessary, this can encompass a spiral of actions from the training of human resources, the use of new technologies and digitization; innovative marketing strategies, improve the product/service offered, create alliances for the expansion of the company, among others.
