Regulations of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia should be limited to the internal environment of the Supreme Court, but in the practice of administering justice there are several Supreme Court Regulations that apply generally or externally, and function like laws. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze and find out about the enforcement of Supreme Court Regulations of the Republic of Indonesia in the administration of justice. The method of this research is normative juridical. Normative juridical is a method in normative legal research that analyzes secondary data. The secondary data is then analyzed in a qualitative juridical manner.
