Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable compensation, leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Balikpapan Klandasan Branch Office. The population used in this study were employees as a population of 50 respondents and a sample of 50 respondents with a saturated sampling method or census. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was processed using SPSS version 25.0. The results showed that the variables of Compensation, Leadership Style and Work Environment had the same effect on Job Satisfaction of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Balikpapan Klandasan Branch Office. The work environment partially has a significant and dominant effect on the Job Satisfaction of the Employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Balikpapan Klandasan Branch Office.
