This paper explores the legal framework protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Trade Secrets within the context of the burgeoning Indian software industry. The study draws on a range of secondary data, including relevant legislation, case law, policy documents, and scholarly research, while offering practical insights through key informant interviews with industry stakeholders.
