Manuscripts should be submitted to Opto-Electronics Review via the online submission system Editool available for this journal at http://www.oer.editool.com. On November 15th, 2011 Opto-Electronics Review switched to Editorial Manager. Authors should register themselves first as new users and then upload their manuscripts. In case of any technical problems, please contact the Managing Editor of Opto-Electronics Review oer@wat.edu.pl.
Transfer of Copyright Agreement
Submission of a manuscript indicates a tacit understanding that the paper is not actively under consideration for publication with other journals. Once the paper is accepted, authors are assumed to have transferred the copyright of the paper to Opto-Electronics Review. After submission authors are asked to send as soon as possible the Transfer of Copyright Agreement by regular mail to the following address:
